I'm pleased to announce the avalaibility of transcode 1.1.0 RC 1

Release highlights:
  * Release Notes are now up-to-date and complete. 
  * Use pkg-config as default wherever is possible in configure. This
    will provide more robust dependency checking. 
  * Update the code to be in sync with lastest FFmpeg API changes. 
  * Update the code to be in sync with lastest libx264 API changes.
