Take a deep breath: OMS export layer dropped from development branch

Hi,

just pushed two big changes.

- OMS export layer (export/*.{h,c}) got flushed. The time has come.
- Started the new, terse ChangeLog.

I still have quite a few patches on my queue, though.

HG will be a bumpy road for the next few weeks, even that the very basic
functionalities (xvid/lavc + lame + avi) should still be reliable
enough.
