[ANNOUNCE] transcode 1.1.1 released

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of transcode 1.1.1.

This is the first maintenance release of the 1.1.x branch.
Following the path of the 1.0.x series, the 1.1.x series will feature mostly
bug fixes and tweaks, with minor changes needed to follow API changes -if any-
of the underlying libraries (e.g., ffmpeg).

Anyway, there is a significant change scheduled for the near future into the 1.1.x series,
the migration from ImageMagick to GraphicsMagick (http://www.graphicsmagick.org), in order
to get a more stable API/ABI without any loss of functionality.
