I also need to drop the left audio chan.  This gets me a good audio file:

ffmpeg t2.dv -vn t2.wav
sox t2.wav -c 1 t2r.wav mixer -r
normalize-audio t2r.wav

Now I need to mux it back into t2.dv and encode to either ogg or 264.
