a bit more detail

I noticed something interesting in tcprobe [25.000] frc=11 (*).
25/30 ~ 50/60, etc.,etc.

OK, it wants me to play back the video at 25fps and not 30!!
but why when the fps module I specified 30:10:pre  ??
