India Channel Configuration

Hi, I am using TVTime for watching TV using Frontech TV Tuner card (saa7134). But the frequency range used for scanning channels does not cover all channels available from Cable TV. How can I configure TVTime for Indian Cable TV frequency. If this wrong mailing list ,please forgive me.
