Bug#566571: tvtime: patch provided: needed Depends: perl-modules

tvtime was just missing a Depends: perl-modules

see attached patch to resolve.  I might NMU this to a delayed queue to 
resolve the RC bug, unless you want to do the update soon.

Thanks for keeping tvtime in debian!
