Summary: How do we get clear QAM channels?

Initial Comment:
With the WinTV7 driver for Windows, it discovered clear QAM channels with numbers up in the thousands.  Extremely nice since we don't have a digital cable set-top box so we can't usually get these channels.  So, how do you get these channels in TVTime?

When I say "channels with numbers up in the thousands", I mean 4-digit
channel numbers.  The WinTV7 driver got 44 channels from 2024 to 2247. 
Would like to get these in TVTime, which we want to pre-load in our PC/TV
set-top box product The Wave at CatchTheWave.com.
