I'd like to have 22k/s mono audio: I think the lowest rate that shows up in the compression dialog is 48k/s. I could download source and see if it can be modified (though I'm not very good with Windows software; I part-time develop Palm software), but I thought I'd ask you first to save myself the trouble in case the thing is impossible or can be done easily without patching.
