New team member from Japan accepted by you ?

I hope you all can share my excitement about the possibility of having multi-language support, especially as it seems the guy has a very good and professional concept of adding support for other languages, as it doesnt affect the .exe file itself.

What you think ?

Do you allow me to welcome stream-san to the team ?

If you dont feel comfortable with having the multi-language support in the main binaries, could we add another branch to CVS for it ?
