Hi everybody,

  as suggest by ChristianHJW I send here my translation of
  VirtualDubMod. Right now the core is translated and updated to the
  last VirtualDub.rc in the CVS for VirtualDubMod 1.4.13. I still
  haven't translated the changelog I'll do it in the next days. In my
  tests everything seems ok.
