Yes the Net Mod wasn't readded in 1.5.1.
Actually we (at least I) don't know exactly how works
this mod (the original author hadn't time to add it
personnaly so we did it ourself in the old 1.4.13
versions).
This mod also has some bugs and we had problems fixing
those (since we don't know exactly how it works).

This is why we decided not to include it again in
1.5.x, unless someone with more knowledge than us do
so ...
