I have even less time to get to know stuff I don't yet understand :/ 
Furthermore Cyrius has enogh stuff to do with ogm/matroska so he 
probably can't do it either. We need a new member dedicated to this stuff.

Don't lay any hand on those files ;)
You'll get a special translation file with which you have to work 
generated from VirtualDub.rc by the Preprocessor. So far translation 
support is just prepared, not completed. I still have stuff to do (main 
point is finding a good way to do version control because I don't like 
the way stream did it), so its too early to start translating yet.
