One thing you seemed to have missed is that there will be no more 
VirtualDubMod 1.4 releases. 1.4.13v2 was the last one. All current work 
is done for VirtualDubMod 1.5 in the VirtualDubMod15 cvs module. The 
menu reorganisation seemed like a good idea at that point but I admit it 
wasn't. Since Cyrius reorganized the whole internal dubbing system / 
stream handling this is no longer necessary with 1.5. Have a look at it, 
its a major step =)
Another thing you have to know is that since stream, who implemented 
internationalization in 1.4 seems to have vanished, so its port fell 
upon me. Read the respective post on the everwicked virtualdub forum. 
Its not complete yet, but if you have to change resources you need to 
know how it works.
