Problem compiling for P4

Hello everybody,

  I tried to compile the source of VirtualDubMod of the 5/5/2003 for
  Pentium 4 with the Intel C++ compiler, but I always have error, even
  if the normal version is compiling without any problem, I attach the
  log of the compiling to check the error.
