Re: Asking for publishing magazine

Dear Mr. Takayama,

after having talked to the main developers of the project we are happy 
to tell you that we will grant you permission to distribute our program 
on your CD.

However, we have to inform you that the MPEG2 and AC3 decoders that are 
coming with the program are not officially licensed from the MPEG-LA or 
Dolby Labs. As we are not aware about the patent and licensing situation 
of these decoding functionalities in Japan we are obliged to inform you 
that we can not be held viable in any way for violations of any existing 
patents or licensing situations in your country, caused by the 
distribution of our project binaries on a CD.
