thanks for the message.
The reason we didn't readded the LAN mod in latest
(1.5.x) VirtualDubMod is because this mod had some
bugs and none of the active devels had time to learn
how to work on it (its author had no more time to keep
on enhancing the mod when we added it in 1.4.x
versions, and couldn't join us).

As you allowed us to I posted your message on a

This is in this very same forum that there was a
discussion about distributed encoding, and where
Thomas Matern posted about his mod (the one we
included in 1.4.x).
