V4l2 Overlay/Preview

Hi,

Is there a sample v4l2 overlay/preview driver like there is for capture
(VIVI).
Or does anyone know about a minimum functionality v4l2 overlay/preview
driver, which can be easily be modified as per our device.

I am stuck with this overlay feature, any help is highly appreciated.
