[ANN] VLS 0.5.1

   *****  VLS for Windows is back, play with it !  *****

The VideoLAN Server 0.5.1 codenamed "Gibalou, WE LOVE YOU !" features:

   - fix of the Windows port (special thanks to Gibalou),
   - loop on broken PS files,
   - TTL count set up under Windows.
