[ANN] VLC 0.6.2

The VideoLAN team is happy to announce version 0.6.2 of VLC media player
and streaming server. This release follows the previous one very closely
because it mainly fixes a regression in VLC 0.6.1 which made some
streams unplayable.

VLC 0.6.2 also features :

   - improved MPEG TS muxer
   - proper PTS/DTS generation in the transcoding module
   - support for DVB-S/C/T cards using V4L2 API
     (standard in Linux 2.6 kernels)
   - DVD menus navigation in the wxWindows interface
     (used for Windows and Linux)
   - fixes to the VCD navigation

Binary packages are already available for Windows and BeOS.
