VLC media player 0.8.2-test2 beta release

Dear VideoLAN users,

The VideoLAN team is happy to announce the second beta version of VLC
0.8.2

Changes since 0.8.2-test1 include:

 * Loads of bugfixes
 * Loads of bugfixes
 * Loads of bugfixes
 * Loads of bugfixes
 * Support for FTP over IPv6
 * Non standard HTTP SAP announces have been removed
 * New Mac OS X audio output module. SPDIF is not supported by this
 * module.
   Please read the README.MacOSX.rtf file for more information.

Binary packages are already available for Windows, MacOS X and BeOS.

Localization teams should start the translation process as soon as
