VLC media player 0.8.2-test3 beta release

Dear VideoLAN users,

The VideoLAN team is happy to announce the third beta version of VLC
0.8.2, our last beta before the official release, which is planned for 
the comming weekend.

Changes since 0.8.2-test2 include:

  * Fix of Green line issue on Mac OS X
  * Fix of DVD duration
  * H264 encoding for Mac OS X
  * More bugfixes

Binary packages are already available for Windows, MacOS X.

Localization teams are warned that their translation should be 
submitted before saturday the 25th. The current up to date files can be

Remember that this is a beta version. Please test it heavily and report
