Use either git.videolan.org and select the libdvbpsi.git repository or
go directly to that repository using:
http://git.videolan.org/?p=libdvbpsi.git;a=summary

Or

git clone git://git.videolan.org/libdvbpsi.git

There is EIT generation in the master branch. Please check it, since I
