The EIT chaining code has been removed in favor of a linked list. In
the meantime a bug in EIT section parsing has been fixed too.

Could you check if this code works for you? You need to update your
git tree to at least commit-id:
9ee6abd6b0f81abf82147f1127bf0b44b67a8153
