The VideoLAN team is proud to announce new versions of two of its GPL
libraries:
* Libdvdcss (version 1.2.8), the DVD decryption library used by VLC and
many other GPL media players. This bug-fix release features:
- win32 fix for encrypted DVDs
- workaround for strange discs that report read errors seemingly
at random
* Libdvbpsi (version 0.1.3), the MPEG TS and DVB PSI tables library used
by VLC and VLS. This new release features:
- new DVB descriptors decoders and generators
- a new SDT decoder
- various fixes and enhancements
Read the Changelogs and download these new libraries from the VideoLAN
developers web site:

Tarballs and x86 Debian packages are available. Binary builds for
architectures and distributions not yet available are welcome and can be
uploaded to our incoming directory:
