libdvbpsi API usage

Hi,
I'm trying to write an extension (SPU) to Chromium project 
(http://chromium.sourceforge.net/) in order to grab rendered OpenGL images and 
send them in MPEG-TS format to several iPAQ running VLC. 
I found libdvbpsi could help me but I don't know how to start. I generate MPEG1 
frame with libavcodec and I would use libdvbpsi to create PMT and PAT tables. 
Could anyone help me (hopefully with sample code)?
