[libdvdcss-devel] cache directory handling refactored

Another take on (some of) the patches I already sent, now with the
"it actually works" feature retrofitted to them.

[PATCH 1/9] Use correctly-typed intermediate pointer instead of
[PATCH 2/9] libdvdcss: Factor out setting cache directory from
[PATCH 3/9] Skip determining cache directory name if DVDCSS_CACHE is
[PATCH 4/9] Replace cache-related magic numbers with proper
[PATCH 5/9] Fix calculation of cache filename length.
[PATCH 6/9] libdvdcss: Skip NULL checks at the end of
[PATCH 7/9] libdvdcss: Factor out initializing cache directory from
[PATCH 8/9] libdvdcss: Factor out creating cache subdirectory from
[PATCH 9/9] libdvdcss: Factor out cache initialization from
