I fixed the Merge Request to enable the nightly build
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/merge_requests/2648

I still haven't tested a build yet though. I will do that today or 
tomorrow. If it doesn't go well I'll block the Merge Request until it 
works properly.
