Requesting for new localization for Mon (mnw) language for VLC player

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Tao Mon Lae (aka) Min Htet Min Aung. I am a translator who
translates softwares. I am currently translating Ubuntu os and interested
in translating vlc media player.

Therefore I am here to humbly request a new locale for a Mon (mnw) language
for vlc media player. If there are any requirements to the translation and
new locale, I am willing to fulfill them.
