Russian translation issue

Hello!


I would like to work with the Russian translation files but I cannot get 
access on Transifex. I requested to join the project some time ago and 
still didn't get an answer.

Is it possible to somehow get actual version of the translation file so 
that I will be able to keep it up-to-date and ask you to include in your 
further releases?
