The Windows Store version is not maintained at all. The desktop arm64 
version is supported in VLC 4 which is not out yet. For now either you 
build it or you download our nightly builds [1]. However due to the 
enabling of PDBs in nightlies the arm64 is currently crashing clang 14. 
This should be fixed shortly.
