Bug report: Infinite loop of unneeded dialog after saving track from audio CD

Here's the pertinent info:

OS: Win11 23H2
VLC: 3.0.21
CPU/GPU: i7 w/ GeForce RTX 2700 Super, using LG external BluRay drive

After saving a track from an audio CD (Convert/Save with all defaults 
other than track number and filename & location saved to), app displays 
the overwrite-or-keep file dialog, which can't be closed by clicking 
anything in the dialog. I used "Comalies" by Lacuna Coil, but the CD 
loaded in the drive should be irrelevant.
