Also, the build with MinGW triggers a lot of bugs in the Qt interface
and makes it unusable.
Building with the llvm-mingw docker yields much better and safer results.

If you are a developer, for Linux specific things I think it makes more sense to not use a virtual machine (especially for developing a video player), and for Windows specific things I think nowadays it is not so hard to use MinGW-w64 to cross build for Windows.
