Question about submitting Qt UI fixes to VLC

Hello,

I'm a new contributor and recently came across a UI issue
(videolan/vlc#29397), which I ended up fixing.

I wanted to confirm the appropriate workflow to submit this fix.
I had already created a Gitlab account on code.videolan.org, but it is
currently pending administrator approval.
