Some VCDs with menus wont play.

Hi.

When I try to play VCDs on VLC, some of them wont play, it'll be just 
stuck on the first track there's on way I can skip to another track. I 
tend to think VCDs with menus give problems.

Mplayer does it fine (since this's the only player which actually plays 
VCDs).

This's reproducible on both debian (testing) (vlc-1.1.13) and Gentoo 
(vlc-9999), version as such -
