Android version 0.0.3 on Google Play

hi,
It was announced that the version 0.0.3 was released on Google Play,
but I only see version 0.0.2.(French version)
I had then to take the nightly build to get 0.0.3. 
Can an English speaking user tell me whether the English version 0.0.3
is actually available  om Google Play?
