record from stream

hi all and sorry for my english.

cvlc test.mpg --sout  
'#duplicate{dst={transcode{deinterlace,fps=25,scale=1,width=320,height=240,vcodec=h264,acodec=mp3,channels=2,ab=96,vb=300}:http{mux=ts,dst=:9090}},dst={transcode{deinterlace,fps=25,scale=1.width=320,height=240,vcodec=h264,acodec=mp3,channels=2,ab=96,vb=300}:std{access=file,mux=mp4,dst="/tmp/test.mp4"}}}'

i need to encode and write to disk an mpeg file. with this command  
line i write a big file /tmp/test.mp4. please how may i write many  
little files every ten minutes?
