Hi, Thank you very much for your quick answer :) Maybe is there another option, like to repair the Windows Sound Server or is it the only way to reinstall windows? Try and reinstall windows and see. This could be a virus problem too, the virus could be taking a lot of cpu, but the task manager never shows cause your PC is infected.
