I have made a configuration file (vlm.conf) and I run vlc as follows
vlc -I telnet --vlm.conf vlm.conf
And I put his in the config file
New channel1 broadcast enabled
Setup channel1 input /home/andres/Desktop/video.mp4
Setup channel1 output #udp{mux=ts,dst=10.20.230.59:20000}control channel1 play stop
Then I open another instance of vlc and I open a network stream. I can watch the video, but when it finish it doesn't start again.
I don't know where can I use the --loop or --repeat command using the config file.

repeat a stream in the mail. :-)
