problem with settings

_aim:_
rollout of the vlc with predefined settings

_which settings:_
video->deinterlacing->ON
video->deinterlacing->mode->Yadif (2x)

_what did I found:_

%appdata%\vlc\vlcrc

here I found

If I set the option in the vlc on "ON" the result is:

/*But if I copy a modified vlcrc in %appdata%\vlc the VLC ignore the 
setting and the deinterlace is "0".

Bug??

A second File what will be created is the "plugins.dat".  The result is 
the same if I copy a generated plugins.dat in the DIR program DIR.

If someone know the problem I would be happy for every hints.
