VLC 2.1.4 Win x64 problems

Hi,
used it 3 months so problems are:
1. audio loading very slow - sometimes have to wait dts or ac3 or even aac
up to 10 seconds if scrolling mkv-s v stream forward or backward
2. shows wrong fps - if fps is 23.976215 it shows 23.976216
3. VLC x64 loads in x64 OS slower than VLC x86

Hope to see new fixed VLC soon.
