transcoding error

I am trying to transcode a libe rtp stream to a mp4 file using cvlc but getting the error below.
Any help in fixing this is appreciated.

Here's the command that I use -
cvlc -vvv rtsp://184.173.147.99:5555/mpeg2TransportStreamFromUDPSourceTest --sout '#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=none,vb=128,deinterlace}:file{dst=out.mp4}'

Here's the error that I get
