npapi-vlc and npvlc.dll show wrong version

hi folks,

i am expiriencing a error that has to do with npapi vlc plugin on latest FF
on Win 7, it shows version 2.1.3 deleting of pluginreg.dat and restarting
of FF did not take effect, also deinstalling vlc with deleting of cache etc
and reinstalling did not help the properties of npvlc.dll show 2.1.3 as the
version allthough 2.1.5 is installed, the date in npvlc.dll properties show
23.07.2014 this was not the date when VLC was released but it was the date
when i setup my laptop after wipeing the HD and did a fresh install. does
this only happen to me or is it a problem that others suffer too. thank you
