Problems getting libdvdcss

Hi,

I'm trying to get libdvdcss onto my ubuntu to watch DVDs with VLC.

When I wget
wget -O - http://download.videolan.org/pub/debian/videolan-apt.asc
I get an 404.

When I browse the above URL, I get
"404!
The requested file is not available on our mirrors"

Also, when I point to the releases, i.e.
http://www.videolan.org/pub/libdvdcss/
I get a 404.

Should I just be patient or am I looking at the wrong places?
