Dear VLC Community,
I am facing an issue while playing HLS live streams with a 1-hour
timeshift in VLC Media Player. The playback and seek behavior are not
functioning as expected in certain situations.
Issues Observed:
Seeking to Live Position Not Resuming Playback
*Forwarding and rewinding work correctly.
*However, when I move the seek bar to the center position, then
press pause and play, the stream does not resume.
*If I then seek to the live position, it remains in a paused state
instead of playing.
Incorrect Playback Duration Display
*The total HLS stream duration is 1 hour.
*However, the played time displayed exceeds the total stream
duration, which is incorrect.
Expected Behavior:
*Seeking to the live position should immediately resume playback
instead of staying paused.
*The displayed playback duration should not exceed the total stream
duration (1 hour).
Could you please help with a possible fix or suggest any settings to
correct this behavior?
Looking forward to your support.

Thanks & Regards,
