Good Morning,
I was wondering if this project supports or plans on supporting the =
following situation:
1. Video Camera to MPEG encoder.
2. Sends full NTSC MPEG1 or MPEG2 signal over network.
3. MPEG Decoder on network decodes signal.
4. Puts signal on our Government access channel.

The reason for this scenario:
We have a Emergency Operations Center that is activated during hurricanes, =
etc. We would like to broadcast live updates, press releases, from the EOC =
to the government access channel (which is across town) . There is a SONET =
ring between buildings.

Thanks in advance,

Michael J. Skweir
