VOB to MEPG-TS

Hi: I was using your vls and trying to convert a .vob file to a MPEG2-TS file. After converting it to *.ts file, the mpeg2-ts could not be played out(through a dvb card). I am using the windows version of vls. So I am wondering if the vls is fully functional in windows, or are there some bugs in it,or are there some other problem in it?
