perl/Tk client for the VideoLan manager

Hello,
here is a perl/Tk client I wrote. It connects
to the VideoLan manager and start, stop, resume
and suspend the streaming. Which each streaming
shall come a little conf file similar to the
one I gave as an example. I have another versions
of this client without the field but with more
input fields, but I find it less easy to use.
Note that nothing as been done to manage the
browse command.
Hope someone will find it usefull.
