Could you give me some advices on how to convert MPEG-2 PS to MPEG-2 TS ?

  

   

Hello, vls-devel！

I'm writting a program to convert MPEG-2 PS(DVD *.vob) to MPEG-2 TS under win32.Could you give me some advices on how to handle the SCR, PCR, PTS, DTS ?
 
I think it doesn't need to change PES layer between PS and TS.
So,the core problem is how to calculate PCR from the SCR of PS.
It really bothers me!!

Could you give me some advices or recommend some references to me?
