. Removed configure file from the cvs

. Added a bootstrap

. Added a configure option to keep backward compatibility to telnet functions
  (./configure --with-extrafunc=manager_backwardcomp.cpp)

  a lot of work to do

. fixed 2 segfaults

. added port 1234 as default if none specified at net4output construction
